Seeking A Productivity Coach in New York

Keller Williams Realty Partners is searching for a talented Productivity Coach for our Westhchester County office. Our environment is dynamic and agents are top-producers covering Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess County, New York.
The Productivity Coach is a top-producing real estate agent and a recognized leader with high integrity and a proven track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. We are searching for a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also has a passion to see others achieve at a high level. The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader as part of the brokerage’s leadership team. He/She is a leader who consistently demonstrates teamwork by actively supporting the Team Leader’s direction and initiative. Together, the Productivity Coach and Team Leader and staff work to increase the productivity of its mid-level associates. They collaborate in finding candidates for coaching. Then, the Productivity Coach will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and then hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions. Productivity Coaches track results and are ready to celebrate successes or implement consequences. Additionally, Productivity Coaches work closely with the CEO to create and implement productivity events and the brokerage’s training calendar. Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable, and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and have a coach of their own to hold them accountable to achieving their results.They are authentic leaders. They delight in knowing that they have attained success when the associates in their coaching program—and in their brokerage—succeed.There are multiple steams of potential income for this position.


Previous history of a successful real estate sales career with a minimum of $4 million in closed volume per year.
